Melissa Shea, Deputy Chief Data Officer, PwC US
Melissa is the Deputy Chief Data Officer for PwC US. In this role, she oversees strategic data management capabilities which help our partners and staff deliver services and build products in the digital economy. Prior to her current role, Melissa spent 12 years in Corporate Finance, her last role leading Finance Shared Services for a PwC US. She served as the US Finance Business Operations Leader with oversight for a predominantly outsourced suite of services including accounts payable, accounts receivable, time & expense, payroll, accounting and client account administration processing. Other roles include leading the Project Management Office, the Change Management function, and managing the firmwide training implementation in support of the Global Financial System (SAP) upon joining PwC in February of 2004. Melissa began her career in strategy consulting, advising Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies on process, technology and talent transformations.
